Q. Is your product authentic?
All items sold by Legendary Toys are 100% authentic, original, brand new and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Q. How much is your product?
The display price is the total amount that you need to pay (not include shipping cost, please see the shipping cost at below).
For example, the display price is RM60, minimum deposit required is only RM18 and the balance is RM42.
Q. How do I place an order?
1. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your order, click on the Shopping Cart icon on the top right hand side of the page.
2. Verify the order and click “Proceed to checkout” button. Please login to your account or create a new account.
3. Click “Place Order” button to complete the ordering process.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via ATM/Bank Transfer to our bank account as below:

Q. How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost to Peninsular Malaysia is RM9 per shipment and to East Malaysia is RM12 per shipment.
Q. Which shipping carriers does Legendary Toys use?
We use a variety of carriers for our shipment. Depending on the order, we will determine the carrier that will handle your order shipment. All shipment will come with tracking features.
Q. When will my order ship out?
Orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Once sent, we will send you the tracking number.
Q. What happens if I would like to combine both a PreOrder/BackOrder& Instock items in one order?
If you place an instock item together with preorder/backorder item under a single order, all items will be ship out together once your preorder/backorder item arrives. If you would like to receive your instock items first, please kindly place a separate order or contact us to ship out the instock item first but you need to pay for the extra shipping cost.

Q. What is a PreOrder?
A preorder is an order you place prior to the release date of the item. The ETA will be displayed at the item page. A minimum 30% deposit is required for all preorders and the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Please review the PreOrder policy here.
Q. What is a BackOrder?
A backorder is an order you place for item not currently in stock. Backorders generally take between 5-6 weeks to come in from the time you place your order. If the item is waiting for restock, the ETA will be displayed at the item page. A minimum 30% deposit is required for all backorders and the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
