Order Payment Policy
Please make payment for the order within 24 hours else the order will be cancelled.
PreOrder Policy
By placing a preorder with Legendary Toys, you will have first priority for the item. The ETA will be displayed at the item page. We will notify you as soon as we receive the item.
Below is some useful information about our preorder policy:
- All release dates are estimates from the supplier / manufacturer.
- A minimum 30% deposit is required for all preorders and the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please make payment for the deposit within 72 hours else the order will be cancelled.
- We will contact you once your item arrived. Please pay the balance amount of the order within 2 weeks from the date of notification. If we have not receive your full payment after 2 weeks we are allowed to release the item for sales and the deposit will be forfeited.
- After full payment, if item is not collected or no arrangement for postage after 3 months we are allowed to release the item for sales and the payment will be forfeited.

BackOrder Policy
Backorder items generally take between 5-6 weeks to come in from the time you place your order. If the item is waiting for restock, the ETA will be displayed at the item page. We will notify you as soon as we receive the item.
Below is some useful information about our backorder policy:

- A minimum 30% deposit is required for all backorders and the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please make payment for the deposit within 72 hours else the order will be cancelled.

Packaging & Manufacturer Imperfections Policy
Please be aware that you may not receive the item in mint packaging and in perfect condition.
We do cater to many collectors and always try our best to hand pick products in their best condition.
There may be paint flaws and other flaws due to manufacturer imperfections and damaged packaging during shipping and we will not be able to do a refund or exchange the item.
